Remote - e-Consult Coordinator

Description The MCCN Clinical Coordinator will assist Mosaic Life Care providers in requesting an e-Consult as part of the Mayo Clinic Care Network (MCCN) membership.

In addition, the nurse will submit referrals and coordinate all clinical aspects of the MCCN relationship.

This person will also be responsible for educating all providers about the clinical tools available through MCCN.
