Utopia seeks a Head of People to own how we attract, hire, and grow our talent, and to build the team that makes it happen.
You’ll establish and lead our HR and Recruitment function, accountable for the full employee journey from workforce planning to retention.
The role is fully remote across Western Europe and Latin America, requiring senior HR leadership, stakeholder management, and a data-driven approach to workforce planning, performance, and development.
