Ethos is seeking experienced HR professionals to help train a language model on professional documents, spreadsheets and slide decks.
You will own creation and refinement of job descriptions, interview scorecards, offer letters, and HR policies for core workflows.
This fully remote, flexible role offers 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start and compensation at $70 per hour.
Candidates should have 4 years in HR generalist or people operations roles and strong written communication.
