Description
Ethos is seeking experienced learning and organisational development managers to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
You will design, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows including onboarding playbooks, facilitator guides, learning curriculum outlines, and skills rubrics.
This fully remote role offers 5-20 hours per week with an ASAP start, paying $70 per hour.
