Joko is seeking a Commercial & IP Legal Counsel to partner with the business on partnerships, IP protection, and contract strategy.

You will own contracts, IP matters, and the insurance program, reporting to the Head of Legal.

The role requires 4–6 years in commercial or IP/IT law, fluent in French and English, and experience negotiating complex deals.

In-house or tech experience is a strong plus, with a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
