Description

Ethos is seeking experienced programme managers to help train a language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across core workflows including charters, raid logs, capacity planning, and steering decks.

The role is fully remote with flexible hours (5–20 hours per week), starting ASAP.

5 years of enterprise program management experience and expert document craftsmanship are required.
