Remote Python AI Agent Engineer

Outlier is seeking an OpenClaw Agent Builder to help shape autonomous agents. Remote freelance role, up to $50/hr, with weekly payments. You will contribute to building and testing production-grade AI coordination software and provide high-density technical feedback.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend, AI automation, or complex systems, and can integrate live tools like Supabase and Gmail while maintaining persistent state across tasks.

Write Eval Rubrics Debug Agent Traces Stress Test Agent 2+ years in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration. Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (e.g., distinct services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting). Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions. Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors. Nice to have: advanced AI expertise or related PhD.
