Write Eval Rubrics. Debug Agent Traces. Stress Test Agent. 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration. Experience building production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic, reporting). Experience in live environments and multi-turn system interactions. Strong attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex behavior.
