Description
Certara is seeking a Renewals Account Manager to drive software renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the existing customer base.
You will work with Sales Operations to draft quotes, manage CRM data, and ensure timely renewal cycles while maximizing ARR.
Ideal candidates have 4 years in enterprise SaaS renewals or sales support, experience with software licensing and Salesforce, and a strong ability to align customer needs with renewal opportunities on a global scale.
