Description

ElevenLabs is seeking a remote-first Customer Success leader for Southern Europe.

You will own a defined book of business across Spain, Italy, and surrounding markets, ensuring successful deployments of AI-enabled voice and related tools, with emphasis on renewals and cross-sell opportunities.

You’ll partner with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to drive revenue growth while delivering outstanding customer outcomes across all channels and platforms.
