GitLab is seeking a Staff Backend Engineer in the Developer Experience group to help scale developer tooling and internal platforms across a globally distributed team. You’ll split time between hands-on Ruby/Go coding and designing scalable, reliable workflows on Kubernetes, with a focus on improving engineering productivity and platform usability.
You will lead architecture decisions, drive adoption of reusable deployment patterns, and partner with security, infra, and product teams to deliver
