Description

Medtronic in Madrid is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for the Hugo robotic system and DS1 AI platform to support Healthcare Professionals, SUS and Field Service Engineers across EMEA.

You will provide remote technical support, lead escalations, collaborate with peers, ensure thorough documentation, and occasionally travel domestically or internationally for onsite training.

Working hours 8:00-16:30 CET with on-call coverage.
