Description

Sedgwick is seeking a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and related HR systems.

You will manage Workday configuration across applications, optimize business processes, investigate issues, and support releases, reporting, integrations, and system enhancements.

You will collaborate with HRIS, HR, Total Rewards, IT, and external vendors across countries and time zones to translate needs into scalable solutions.
