Sedgwick is seeking a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and improve Workday and Colleague Resources systems.

This role ensures system reliability, data integrity, security, and efficient business processes across international teams.

You will manage Workday configuration across applications, support releases, testing, and integrations while partnering with HRIS, IT, Total Rewards, and business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions.
