Sedgwick is seeking a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and continually improve Workday and related Colleague Resources systems.
This fully remote role (Spain or Portugal) focuses on reliability, data integrity, security, and efficient business processes across international teams.
You will manage Workday configuration across applications, support releases, reporting, integrations, and system enhancements while partnering with HRIS, HR, IT, and external vendors.
