The Housing Finance Team are looking to appoint a Rent Accounting Officer to predominantly have specific responsibility for administering service charges including calculations, refunds, dealing with customers enquiries and complaints.
The Rent Accounting Team provide a front-line Direct Debit service and cover a range of accounting duties.
We are responsible for maintaining the Rents system for 21,000 council tenants.
