Repairs Surveyor

We are recruiting a Repairs Surveyor for an established housing provider based in Yorkshire, supporting their busy repairs and maintenance team!

As a Repairs Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing responsive repairs, including damp and mould cases, across a portfolio of residential properties.

You will carry out property inspections, diagnose defects, specify appropriate remedial works, and oversee delivery through external contractors.
