Empresa: Six Senses Quexigal Palace Process new reservations, amendments, and deposits, and respond to reservation emails within a maximum of 24 hours.

Assign rooms, handle special requests, and block rooms when necessary.

Contact guests and travel agencies to clarify preferences prior to arrival; maintain guest histories and profiles up to date.

Monitor future availability and inventory in coordination with the Reservations Manager; update the online reservation system accordingly.
