Residential Individual & Family Therapist

GENERAL SUMMARY: Works as part of the residential treatment team by providing individual, group and family therapy to youth in residential treatment care.

Works closely with residential staff, treatment providers, case managers and court officials to prepare smooth transitions to the community once care is complete.

Assists with discharge planning in order to provide continuity of care to clients and family members.
