Restaurant Manager

Overseeing the opening of our Café at Fenwick’s in Brent Cross, the Restaurant Manager will ensure that the Cafe operates efficiently and profitably. You will be responsible for the business performance of the restaurant, as well as maintaining high standards of food, service and health and safety.

This is a new, exciting venture and the management of the site will combine strategic planning, shift pattern organisation and day-to-day management activities.

Projected Start Date: 2nd November 2026 – this is a 6 month FTC

Opening Hours: 10am - 6pm (early finish on Sundays)

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant
• Analysing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability
• Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
• Managing staff throughout their shift and providing them with feedback
• Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety;

• Checking stock levels and ordering supplies;

• Recruiting, training and motivating staff;

About You:

• Previous Supervisory or Management experience in a hospitality environment
• Passion for excellent customer experience
• Experienced people manager
