Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and excellent guest experienceManage bar operations, including stock control, ordering, cocktail and drinks menus, and licensing complianceCoordinate with the kitchen team on menu planning, food quality, costing, waste reduction and food safety (HACCP)Recruit, train, schedule and mentor staffControl budgets, labour costs, margins and weekly reportingPlan and run the restaurant’s social media strategy: content calendar, photography, promotions, community engagement and reviewsHandle guest feedback and complaints professionallyKey Requirements3+ years in a restaurant management or supervisory roleWorking knowledge of bar, floor and kitchen operationsProven experience managing and motivating teamsEnglish and Spanish speaker Strong understanding of food safety, health and safety, and licensing regulationsExperience creating content and growing engagement on Instagram, Facebook and TikTokSolid financial and stock management skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesFlexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidaysRight to work in Ireland
