Description

Perk is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager in Barcelona to support our SDR organisation globally.

This senior role is a strategic business partner to SDR leadership on process, systems, and operating cadences, and the business owner of the SDR tech stack, from Sales Engagement tooling to LinkedIn Sales Navigator and enrichment.

You'll own how SDRs prospect, engage, and hand off pipeline at scale with data-driven reporting.
