Rewards Partner (40–50% or Contract on Call)

Your area of responsibility As our Rewards Partner, you will own the design, delivery and integrity of our compensation processes, from the annual review cycle to long-term incentive administration.

You will be hands-on and cover the full scope yourself, while working closely with the whole People & Culture team, Finance and senior management.

You will also be the go-to person for managers on pay questions.
