Description RMA Assistant Department: RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Reports to: Manager of Service The RMA Assistant is responsible for processing service tickets and maintaining all service records, tracking defective equipment to manufacturers, and maintaining an accurate inventory count within the department.
