Registered Nurse (RN) - PACU Unit Information This position is located in the Adult PACU unit.
The unit features: Number of Beds: 18 bays Number of Staff: 25 Staff Composition: Day Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 11 Registered Nurses, 1 Patient Care Technician Night Shift: 2 Registered Nurses (with plans to expand to 24/7 coverage) Patient Ratios: 1:1 for the first 30 minutes or ICU level of care; 2:1 when stable.
Minimum of 2 Registered Nurses required at all times when a patient is present.
