● About Facility: o Provide hospice homecare to patients in Union, Mecklenburg and Anson Co.

Will mostly be assigned a specific area once here o Our current census for department is 120-130 ● Unit Information: o Average caseloads are 12-15 with typically 5 visits/day o Minimum Years of Experience required?

3 years minimum Hospice experience, can be home or inpatient hospice experience o Will you accept a first-time traveler?
