Job Description Job Description The weekend shift schedule is three 12-hour days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) from 6:00am to 6:00pm.

Caldwell provides a weekend shift differential 22% of gross earnings per pay bi-weekly pay period.

The Robot Weld Operator position is responsible for operating one or more industrial robots to fabricate metal parts or assemblies to specification by applying basic knowledge of welding theory on production.
