RPA Developer

Salary: £61,000 - 61,000 per year

Requirements:

• Hands-on RPA development experience using Blue Prism HQ
• Strong understanding of process automation, data handling, and exception management
• Comfortable working in Agile environments
• Clear and confident communication and collaboration skills
• Eligible and prepared to undergo government security vetting
• Five years of UK residency, with no extended periods outside the UK, to meet the required security vetting level
• RPA certifications are advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using platforms such as Blue Prism or Blue Prism HQ
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities across government operations
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation and support the full lifecycle of automation delivery
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with public sector compliance and security standards
• Continuously optimize and maintain deployed bots to improve performance
