Crisis24 in Madrid is seeking an Implementation & Solutions Consultant for Southern Europe to own the full implementation lifecycle for our clients in the region and serve as the technical reference for the sales team during pre-sales.
You will lead onboarding from kickoff to go-live for new clients and significant upsells.
You will balance post-sales delivery and pre-sales support, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
