SAFe Release Train Engineer

Job Summary (List Format):

• - Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions as a SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE)
• - Coordinate System Demos and Inspect-and-Adapt workshops to ensure continuous improvement
• - Report on cross-pod velocity and progress to stakeholders
• - Escalate issues on behalf of Scrum Masters (Pod SM escalation) to resolve impediments
• - Manage and track Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID)
• - Operate as a governance agent for compliance and process adherence, especially beyond week 4 of the program
• - Support execution facilitation and agile delivery across multiple pods/teams
• - Apply Agile frameworks and best practices in project and service management
• - Oversee project management activities to deliver objectives on time and within scope
