We’re a young team, and we’re running two chalets at the Christmas market in Ghent this December.

We’re looking for people to join us and make the raclette sandwiches together.

We keep it simple, and we keep it good: raw milk raclette cheese from Savoie, sourdough bread and sausages from Ardèche.

All melted right in front of the customer.

The kind of thing people line up for in the cold!

We mainly work with pork and cheese, so you need to be comfortable handling both.
