Description
Qida is seeking a seasoned leader to own commercial transformation across training, tooling, and new product playbooks.
You will drive sales training, coach teams through M&A integrations, and partner with Marketing to sharpen the sales narrative and proposals for new product bets.
You will also improve CRM workflows, leverage AI-assisted selling, and design incentive models for General Managers to align actions with strategy, while maintaining a hands-on, fast-paced execution mindset.
