Making Science is seeking a Sales Operations Lead in Spain to own and scale the operating model behind the commercial engine.

You will ensure pipeline reliability, contract consistency, and data quality while leading the Sales Ops team and collaborating with Legal, Finance and Procurement.

You will map SOPs, implement AI-driven improvements, and drive adoption of automation across Salesforce, Jira and related tools.
