Description

Making Science is seeking a Sales Operations Lead to own and scale the operating model behind the commercial engine in Spain.

You will bring structure, focus and follow-through to how we sell, contract and report, ensuring pipeline reliability and alignment between signed deals and forecasts.

You will lead and develop the Sales Ops team, drive data quality, dashboards, and KPI design within CRM/AI tools, and collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Procurement to streamline processes.
