Salesforce DevOps Technical Lead

As Salesforce DevOps Developer Lead, you will guide multiple engineering initiatives and centralize Salesforce capabilities into a secure, reliable platform. The work combines Salesforce development, release management, scripting, and environment strategy. You will translate broad technical goals into automated workflows, developer standards, and scalable platform practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership across concurrent Salesforce engineering initiatives
• Design enterprise CI/CD workflows and automated release pipelines
• Build tooling that accelerates developer velocity and testing
• Manage sandbox provisioning, refreshes, backups, and capacity monitoring
• Implement monitoring, alerting, compliance, and credential lifecycle practices

Requirements:

• Six-plus years of software development experience with scripting capabilities
• Five-plus years of Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and release management
• Hands-on Apex, Lightning Web Components, Metadata API, and Salesforce DX
• Experience with Git-based branching and Salesforce deployment tools
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
