Description
Job Description: Conduct behavioral based safety observations Participate in daily JSEA planning discussion.
A member of the construction team reporting to the Danos Scaffold Supervisor.
Perform work involving the erection and dismantling of scaffolding.
Performs on site supervision (for smaller projects), preparing documentation i.e. sign-offs, work authorizations, pickup tickets, JSEA, and safety plans.
Scaffold Leadermen will be working “on their tools”, and manage smaller projects.
