About the Opportunity
DMI, LLC is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and support multiple Scrum teams. This role is responsible for helping teams apply Agile values, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement principles to deliver high-quality solutions. The Scrum Master will facilitate key ceremonies, remove impediments, support decision-making, and coach teams toward stronger collaboration, delivery discipline, and overall performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile practices, proven experience supporting development teams, and the ability to partner effectively with product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams. This role requires strong communication, facilitation, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Apply Agile values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
- Coach, mentor, and support Scrum teams in following Agile and Scrum practices.
- Identify, track, and manage tasks, issues, risks, dependencies, and action items.
- Build strong working relationships with client-side product owners and stakeholders.
- Schedule and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, team meetings, and decision-making sessions.
- Monitor team progress, delivery performance, and process effectiveness.
- Help teams identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical changes.
- Plan and coordinate demos, reviews, and product/system testing activities.
- Remove impediments that may affect team delivery or collaboration.
- Support the use of collaborative processes, tools, and team working agreements.
- Track project progress, deliverables, risks, and financials as needed.

Qualifications
Education and Years of Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline preferred.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required; SAFe certification a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years experience as a Scrum Master or similar agile role.
Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:
- Strong working knowledge of Agile methods, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience using Agile management tools such as Jira, IBM Jazz, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting technical teams, delivery teams, or software development environments.
- Strong leadership, facilitation, and team-coaching skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Background Requirements: Must successfully pass a fingerprint-based background investigation.
Citizenship Status Required: Permant Resident (GCP/US/EAD)
