Salary: £52,000 - 92,000 per year
Requirements
Experience in a customer-facing IT support role, handling support tickets and assisting colleagues with varying levels of seniority and IT proficiency.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Azure, Office 365, and Intune.
Experience managing platforms within Azure, particularly Azure Virtual Desktops, is preferred.
