Description
Estating is seeking a Financial Structuring Manager to join the Financial Markets team in Madrid or Luxembourg, with hybrid work options.
You will design RELINC securitizations, draft issuance docs, and manage end-to-end execution with partners and counsel.
You will build repeatable structures, contribute to automation, and support deal teams across WM, RE, DPB and FO in a fast-paced, startup environment.
