Bending Spoons is seeking a talented security-minded professional to help strengthen and protect our systems from evolving threats. Based in Milan with flexible long-term arrangements, you will join a small, high-impact team focused on robust security practices and rapid learning.

You’ll work on security assessments, automation, privacy considerations, and threat monitoring, contributing to a culture of excellence and responsible ownership.

Assess and strengthen security across systems using modern tools and testing. Attack and defend by conducting internal security assessments and countermeasures. Automate security practices within infrastructure and engineering workflows. Partner on privacy and compliance to translate regulations into safeguards. Stay ahead of threats by tracking vulnerabilities and sharing knowledge. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on security. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and spoken English.
