Security Operations Center (SOC) Operations Lead

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 10 years of recent experience in technology consulting, cybersecurity consulting, or the IT security industry.
Experience leading systems integration and cybersecurity transformation programs, managing priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and quality.
Proven leadership of SOC or comparable cybersecurity service teams, including team management, coaching, and development.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations, including threat detection and incident response.
Experience improving service quality, scalability, and operational efficiency across security operations.
