Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations CCNP or equivalent Deep knowledge of at least three of the following: Routing and Switching; firewall technologies (especially ASA/Firepower); WiFi (especially Cisco/Meraki); Cisco ISE; Cisco ACI; SD-WAN (Cisco/Meraki); Palo Alto (NGFW/Panorama/Strata Cloud Manager); F5 Load Balancers Skills in DNA, SD-Access, OTV, or VXLAN
