We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to help shape the future of AI-assisted software development. You'll build production-ready solutions using Claude Code, specification-driven engineering practices, and modern AI tooling. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys delivering software, improving engineering workflows, and helping teams adopt AI-first development approaches.

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in software engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development.
• Daily commercial experience using Claude Code.
• Experience working in spec-first / specification-driven development environments.
• Strong understanding of testing, debugging, code reviews, and software quality controls.
• Ability to verify and challenge AI-generated output.
• Experience mentoring or upskilling engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Highly Valued Experience

• OpenSpec, GitHub Spec Kit, or similar specification tooling.
• MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations and AI tooling configuration.
• Agent-based development workflows and AI automation.
• Driving the adoption of new engineering practices across teams.
