Senior AI Full Stack Engineer

Build AI-powered insurance technology as a Senior AI Full Stack Engineer with PolicyMe, working remotely from Toronto across Python and React.

This senior engineering role spans front end, back end, and AI/ML initiatives for a new product line serving insurance brokers. You will help design intelligent systems, automate manual processes, and create data-driven insights. PolicyMe’s core stack includes Python, React, Redux, PostgreSQL, n8n, LangChain, LangGraph, and AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full stack feature development for AI-powered web applications
• Define architecture and technical principles for AI/ML systems
• Research and prototype emerging artificial intelligence technologies
• Strengthen security, scalability, and observability across cloud architecture
• Mentor engineers and communicate technical strategies cross-functionally

Requirements:

• Five-plus years developing full stack web and production AI/ML systems
• Deep expertise in NLP, computer vision, or recommendation engines
• Proficiency with cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and microservices
• Strong React, Python, and Node development skills or equivalent
• Ability to architect AI projects and resolve ambiguous challenges
• Apply senior full stack engineering, AI/ML architecture, and cloud expertise to PolicyMe’s insurance technology platform.
