PURPOSE OF THE JOB Senior Area Facilities Officer Provide efficient, effective and economic advice and support acting as the intelligent client to the non-housing Council estate comprising approximately 350 mixed use building.

Directly manage and influence building related facilities services to a range of 150 non housing buildings within the corporate facilities management (CFM) operational property portfolio.
