Senior Azure Data Engineer

Design Azure data solutions at PwC using Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse Analytics. This Senior Associate role supports project teams delivering reliable pipelines.

As a Senior Associate, Azure Data Engineer, you will build scalable ingestion, transformation, and curation solutions. You will apply SQL, Python, and ETL or ELT expertise across Azure data services. Your work will include data quality, modelling, deployment support, and collaboration with specialists and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design scalable Azure pipelines for ingestion and transformation
• Build solutions using Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse
• Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and error handling
• Troubleshoot development, testing, and deployment issues
• Collaborate with scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Hands-on experience with Azure data services
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL or ELT
• Hands-on Power BI experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
