Senior BA/IT Analyst

Location: Gdańsk, Gdynia, Warsaw, or Łódź.

Set up: Hybrid, 2/3 days from the office

Contract: B2B, 12 months + possible extensions

Rate: up to 135 PLN

Overview

A Senior IT Analyst role is available focusing on the GCOP in the NEXT project. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to define requirements and design reporting solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Design new reporting solutions and provide requirement specifications in close collaboration with the Product Owner, business analysts, other IT Analysts, developers, and testers.

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders with the Product Owner to enable sustainable and reliable solutions.

• Act as a bridge between business and the IT development team.

• Facilitate understanding and impact of requirements from business to technology and vice versa.

Key Requirements

• Several years of experience in IT and/or business solution analysis.

• Good understanding of data flow integration.

• Ability to scrutinize data to understand data content and behavior - experience with SQL.

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

• Self-driven team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Good business or technical background with strong analytical skills and requirement elicitation skills.

• Familiarity with agile ways of working and methods (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).

• Structured approach and the ability to handle complexity.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge about trading and/or transaction reporting.

• Experience with XSLT, BDD, Communication Layer.

• Foundational understanding of programming and the ability to read it.

• Familiarity with capital markets flow.
