Senior Backend Engineer - Agent Infrastructure & Orchestration

AgentField, a Toronto-based startup, seeks a Software Engineer to build the execution fabric, scheduling, and deployment paths for large-scale agent systems. You will create frameworks, benchmark models, and develop agentic apps across 100k+ agents per run, spanning on-prem and air-gapped environments.

You will influence design, participate in open-source governance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and enterprise users deploying agents in production.
