Description
GitLab seeks a Senior Backend Engineer, Trusted Agentic Development, to own the validation thesis for agent-generated software. You will prototype feedback loops and build systems that ensure trustworthy agent-based code across Rust, Ruby, and Go.
You will collaborate across teams to measure adoption, improve validation quality, and set the technical direction for a scalable platform in a fully remote environment.
