Role Overview A hands-on Senior Banqueting Manager is required to lead a medium-volume operation across private dining and large-scale events (150 seated max).
Approx 30,000 cover per year.
This role requires a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly standards-driven, and can elevate service to a more refined, polished level while training and developing the team.
